Bibi says:
In Afrikaans we refer to most insects as Goggas. It is thus natural to also refer to them as Goggo's (not to be mistaken for Granny, as per some of the local languages).
Because our little dude still battles with the G sound, he calls them Sjosjo's!
Bibi's Table Prayer:
Goes something like this - Thank you for dey food, for dey food, any many pwaises, any many pwaises, a-amen, a-amen! It is actually sung, not just said.
So on Sunday, 25 November 2007, Bibi did his little prayer with all the good intentions in the world, only to be sidetracked by the fact that he hasn't yet gotten his piece of toast!
It went like this:
Thank you for dey food, for dey food..... WHERE'S MY TOAST MOMMY!??
Amen Little Brother, Amen!
